Duration : 1.97 Mins.Emily Zeng, a 4th grade ABC (American Born Chinese) student at Frisco Independent School District shined in the Level 7 State Championship among 270 gymnasts, which was held at WOGA Frisco on March 21. She was crowned with the gold medal in All-Around with a high score of 39.025 and won the gold medal in Bars with a perfect 10 - the only perfect score at this meet. She also received the silver medal in both Beam and Floor Exercise and was the 4th place in Vault. Emily is now training at WOGA Plano following the footprints of Olympic All-Around champions Carly Patterson and Nastia Liukin. An recipient of the gold medal of both All-Around and Bars in a series of national or international Level 7 Gymnastics meets this season, Emily is an excellent student at her exemplary school Riddle Elementary school. Last year she was the only student in her school to score 100 points in both TEKS Math and TEKS Language Arts. She is also a gifted and talented student under Frisco Gifted and Talented Students program
